These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of WenBuidl, a service provided by Tami Labs Ltd. By accessing or using WenBuidl, you agree to these terms. If you use WenBuidl on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use WenBuidl.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use WenBuidl. If you create or use an account for a business or other entity, that entity is responsible for ensuring that its users are authorised to act on its behalf.

WenBuidl is an AI-powered platform for operators and service businesses. It provides business launch and operations tooling, including lean business mapping, CRM, billing, automation, messaging, and outcomes tracking. Features may evolve over time and may be offered in different packages, environments, or stages of maturity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account, except to the extent caused by our own failure to use reasonable care. You must provide accurate information, keep it reasonably up to date, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may require reasonable verification, security steps, or workspace administration controls to protect the service and its users.

Some features of WenBuidl may require a paid subscription or usage-based charges. Pricing, billing intervals, and included features will be described at the point of purchase or in your workspace plan details.

You agree to pay applicable fees when due. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the agreed billing period until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals at any time, but fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise. We may change pricing or plans prospectively by giving reasonable notice.

You must use WenBuidl lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not:

You retain ownership of the content, records, prompts, messages, and other data that you or your organisation submit to WenBuidl. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and use that data only as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service in line with these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the data you submit, and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it with WenBuidl.

WenBuidl may generate suggestions, drafts, summaries, automations, or recommendations using AI-assisted features. These outputs are provided to support your workflow, not to replace human judgment.

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for decisions involving legal, regulatory, tax, employment, financial, customer, or other material business consequences. WenBuidl does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

We and our licensors own all intellectual property rights in WenBuidl, including the software, design, branding, models, and underlying service materials, except for your own content. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable subscription term and subject to these terms.

You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit WenBuidl beyond the rights expressly granted, except to the extent such restrictions are not permitted by law.

Some features may be marked as beta, early access, preview, or experimental. Those features may change more frequently, may be incomplete, and may be subject to additional limits while we test and improve them.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes.

WenBuidl is provided on an as-available basis. While we use reasonable care in providing the service, we do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure, or suitable for every business purpose.

Except as expressly stated in these terms, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, conditions, and representations that may otherwise apply. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

Subject to the previous paragraph, Tami Labs Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data arising out of or connected with WenBuidl. Subject to the same carve-outs, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service or these terms will not exceed the greater of the fees paid by you for WenBuidl in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and one hundred pounds sterling.

These limits reflect a commercially reasonable allocation of risk between the parties and the fact that you remain responsible for reviewing important business decisions and maintaining appropriate internal controls and backups for your operations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tami Labs Ltd from losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of WenBuidl, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights through data or content you submit to the service, except to the extent the claim results from our own breach of these terms or negligence.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, suspected abuse, non-payment, legal compliance issues, or material breaches of these terms. Where appropriate, we will try to give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first.

You may stop using WenBuidl at any time. We may terminate these terms or your access on notice if you materially breach them and do not remedy the breach within a reasonable period where remedy is possible. Clauses that by their nature should continue after termination will continue to apply.

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the law of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. We may update these terms from time to time by posting an updated version and changing the last updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively from the effective date of the update.
