Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 March 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tami Labs Ltd processes personal data in connection with WenBuidl, an AI-powered platform for operators and service businesses.
We have written it to be clear, commercially fair, and aligned with how the product actually works, including its use of strong encryption for personally identifiable information and operational signal analysis designed to avoid unnecessary use of personal data.
1. Who We Are And Scope Of This Policy
Tami Labs Ltd is the controller of personal data it processes for running WenBuidl, managing accounts, administering the service, handling billing, providing support, securing the platform, and meeting its own legal obligations. WenBuidl is an AI-powered platform for operators and service businesses, offering launch and operations tooling including lean business mapping, CRM, billing, automation, messaging, and outcomes tracking.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you visit WenBuidl, create an account, use platform features, or communicate with us. It applies to information we process about users, prospective customers, team members invited into workspaces, and business contacts whose information is entered into the platform by our users.
Where customers use WenBuidl to manage their own business contacts or workspace records, Tami Labs Ltd may act as a processor or service provider for some workspace data on the customer's behalf. In those cases, the relevant customer remains responsible for ensuring that personal data is collected, uploaded, and used lawfully, and for giving any notices or obtaining any permissions required for its use of the platform.
2. Categories Of Personal Data We Process
The data we process depends on how you use WenBuidl and what you choose to put into the platform. It may include:
- Account and identity data, such as name, email address, login credentials, account role, and workspace membership details.
- Business and contact records you create or upload, such as customer contact details, pipeline notes, billing references, messages, operational tasks, and outcomes records.
- Transaction and subscription data, such as plan selection, invoices, payment status, and records needed to administer billing.
- Usage and device data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, page interactions, feature usage, and diagnostic logs.
- Support and communications data, such as messages you send to us, feedback, and issue reports.
- Operational signal data used for improvement and AI features, which is designed to be non-PII where possible and may be anonymized, pseudonymized, or aggregated before analysis.
3. Sources Of Personal Data
We collect personal data from a limited set of sources relevant to operating the service:
- Directly from you when you sign up, configure your workspace, contact us, request a demo, or otherwise interact with WenBuidl.
- From your organisation or other authorised users who invite you to a workspace or enter business records into the platform.
- Automatically from your use of the service, including technical, diagnostic, and interaction data generated by your browser or device.
- From integrations or data imports that you choose to connect or upload, where supported by the product.
4. Purposes Of Processing And Legal Bases
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis under UK data protection law. Most processing is necessary to provide WenBuidl to you or your organisation, to comply with legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service.
Depending on the context, our legal bases include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, and consent where consent is specifically required. Our legitimate interests include maintaining the service, preventing misuse, understanding product performance, and developing useful features in a proportionate way.
We aim to collect and use personal data in a way that is relevant and proportionate to operating WenBuidl, rather than collecting more data than is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy.
- To create and administer accounts, authenticate users, and provide workspace access.
- To deliver core product features such as lean business mapping, CRM, billing workflows, automation, messaging, and outcomes tracking.
- To maintain platform security, investigate incidents, prevent fraud or abuse, and keep reliable audit and system records.
- To respond to support requests, communicate service updates, and manage our relationship with customers and prospective customers.
- To analyse operational performance and improve the product, including AI-assisted features, using non-PII, anonymized, pseudonymized, or aggregated signals where appropriate.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.
5. AI Features And Automated Processing
WenBuidl includes AI-assisted functionality intended to help operators and service businesses plan, organise, and act more efficiently. These features may generate suggestions, summaries, workflows, or operational recommendations based on information available within your workspace and on non-PII or aggregated service signals used to improve system performance.
AI outputs can be useful but are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or suitable for every context. You remain responsible for reviewing important operational, commercial, legal, financial, and customer-facing decisions before acting on them. We do not use automated processing to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you without meaningful human involvement.
6. Sharing Of Personal Data
We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only where it is necessary to operate WenBuidl, where you instruct us to do so, or where the law requires it.
Depending on how you use the service, personal data may be shared with authorised users within your organisation, carefully selected service providers acting on our instructions, professional advisers where needed, counterparties involved in business operations you initiate through the platform, and authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Where we use service providers, we expect them to handle personal data only for defined service purposes and with appropriate confidentiality and security measures that fit the nature of the data and service involved.
7. International Transfers And Decentralized Infrastructure
WenBuidl may use decentralized or distributed infrastructure, including components running on the Internet Computer network. Because such infrastructure can involve processing or replication across nodes in multiple jurisdictions, personal data may be processed outside the UK or the country where you are located.
Where international transfers occur, we aim to apply appropriate safeguards that are reasonable for the technical architecture, which may include encryption, data minimization, access controls, and contractual or operational measures designed to protect personal data. The distributed nature of decentralized systems means some transfers may not map neatly to traditional hosting models, so we describe them here candidly rather than overstating certainty.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. In particular, personally identifiable information stored by the platform is encrypted at rest using strong encryption, including IC VetKeys-based approaches where supported by the architecture.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you also play a role in protecting your data by using strong authentication practices, safeguarding access credentials, and limiting the personal data you choose to store where it is not operationally necessary.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Retention periods vary by data type and context. For example, live account and workspace data is usually retained while the account remains active, while logs, diagnostics, and backup records may be retained for shorter or longer periods depending on operational need, security requirements, and legal obligations. Where appropriate, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate data when it is no longer needed.
10. Cookies And Local Storage
WenBuidl may use cookies, local storage, and similar client-side technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support security, measure product performance, and improve user experience.
Where these technologies are not strictly necessary, we aim to use them in a proportionate way and provide information or choices where required by law. You can also manage some storage and cookie behaviour through your browser settings, although doing so may affect how the service functions.
11. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
These rights are not absolute and may depend on the role we play in relation to the data. For example, where your organisation controls workspace data, we may need to direct your request to that organisation. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.
We would appreciate the opportunity to address concerns first, but you are free to raise a complaint with the ICO at any time through its published contact channels and guidance.
12. Children
WenBuidl is intended for business users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly offer the service to children or knowingly collect personal data directly from anyone under 18.
If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
13. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, or our processing practices. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of the policy and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
14. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or would like to exercise your rights, contact Tami Labs Ltd at privacy@wenbuidl.com.
